- Check Your Email: We aim to send your digital star naming documents to the email address you provided at checkout within 15 minutes of placing your order. These documents include your personalized star naming certificate and a star map showing the location of your named star.
- Spam or Junk Mail: It’s always a good idea to check your spam or junk mail folder if you haven’t seen the email in your inbox within the expected time frame. Sometimes, emails from new contacts or businesses can be incorrectly filtered by email providers.
- Immediate Access & Tracking: If you need immediate access to your documents or wish to track the status of a physical order, you can do so by visiting our Track My Order page. You’ll need the email address used for the order and your order number, which are provided in your confirmation email and on the post-checkout confirmation page.
